Vinyasa Rocks

Join Rina for 5 weeks of Vinyasa Rocks on Sundays from 10:30am-12pm.

This class is open to all levels. It focuses on growing your strength, core and transitions between the poses. Your endurance will be challenged, plus your willingness to try new things. The words, “I can’t,” will be deleted from your vocabulary as you build your confidence and see what you’re capable of.

We will go back to our traditional roots of practicing an hour and a half in order to go deeper into the poses and deeper into our blockages. The class will also break down alignment and how to execute the specific poses safely and strategically.

Ideally, you should be comfortable practicing Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B on your own. If you’re not there yet, you’ll grow quickly by taking this class and start learning it for your own practice. You got this!
